The 3 year-old boy was found by his mother on Friday (June 26) at about 10.45am in Doveton.

The baby had experienced flu-like symptoms. Other family members have also had flu-like symptoms but have not been tested for the deadly strain.

The Coroner is investigating to determine a cause of death.

It's believed the baby did not have any pre-existing medical conditions.
